Evaluation question 4
question 4:
in our group we decided to make the target audience would be teenagers. But mainly our film is aimed at young males aged 16-40 so we have a bigger target audience. we was shooting in an urban area to set the feeling of our film, and appeal to our target audience.
Our film has lots of different shots and contains suspension
and tension in our chase scene. our film gets straight into the action here, as we done it from the research we carried our on surveyMonkey. We had to make it not to obvious what was going on in our thriller so it would make our watchers think what was going to happen after our film finishes, we done this by quick shots , fast music and suspension. We didn't know how to make our film appeal to the older people, so we decided we had to add in sophistication to this film, this would also leave the older watchers thinking what was happening and what was going to happen next.

question 3 evaulation
Question 3:
I think that the type of institution that might distribute our type of film would be more of an independent type of film studio. a more smaller showing on tv such as the BBC, more people would see our type of film on youtube rather than anywhere else. Also a good way of distributing our film would be by social networking sites such as YouTube, Twitter and Facebook. This would be a good way of letting people know about our film as most young people use these sights and the Internet and our target audience is the younger generation. Further more we are using blogger to do our coursework so this is another way to get our film out.

Evaluation Question 1
Question 1:
In our film for our media we have made a thriller beginning, someone is being chased in a block of flats, we have shown stereotypical thoughts about young people as we are using young actors in our film. people usually have the idea that all young adults are bad people and out to hurt you. we portrayed this view by dressing out actors in the typical clothes for a young boy on a estate, which is a tracksuit and jackets. we made a story board to help us figure out how to make our film as unique as possible, as we didn't want it too look like any other films. we used lots of shots such as fast shots, sling shots, confrontation black out, establishing shots, black out jump an more.
In our thriller 'blind fire' we used shock to appeal to our target audience, we done this by having the beginning as a chase scene. this is also keeping up the suspense of what is going to happen next. In our thriller starting we have a protagonist and an antagonist, this is very clear who is who throughout the film, as the antagonist is chasing the protagonist. we kept up the suspense by using fast and quick edited shots. looking back to films we have watched in the past, Alfred Hitchcock always has a protagonist and an antagonist, in the film 'north by north west' there is a antagonist who is the man trying to kill protagonist. we also have a antagonist who is chasing and trying to kill our protagonist.
we had to keep the key point of suspense throughout our film we done this by the characters as many other films us the propps to build suspense. we wanted to make our thriller different. as it isnt clear what is happening in our film this builds suspense as we don't know what is going to happen next, this also creates an image for whoever is watching.
